What we check
We look at the areas most likely to fail — wet area junctions, balcony membranes and falls, roof penetrations and flashings — and identify what’s failed, why, and what it will take to fix.
What you get
A plain-language explanation of what we found, not just a pass or fail. If it doesn’t need full remedial work, we’ll tell you that too.
