Sequencing is where jobs go wrong
Most waterproofing failures on a build aren’t product failures. They’re sequencing failures – membrane laid on a substrate that wasn’t ready, or tiled over before it cured.
We’d rather tell you the slab isn’t ready than lay over it and have it come back on both of us. If that costs a day, it costs a day. It’s cheaper than a rectification twelve months after handover.
