Plant areas are where commercial roofs leak
Every penetration through a roof membrane is a potential failure point, and they multiply once services go in. Detailing those properly is the difference between a roof that lasts and one that gets patched every winter.
For strata committees
If your building has water ingress and you’re weighing up quotes, the scope matters more than the price.
Send three contractors to a leaking balcony with no defined scope and you’ll get three prices for three different jobs, with no way to compare them. The cheapest has usually left something out — and on balcony work, what gets left out is the preparation and the falls.
We provide written scopes and reports you can put in front of a committee, and we’re happy to walk you through what a proper scope should include.
Working around residents
Most of our remedial work is on occupied buildings. Access arrangements, notice to residents, common property boundaries, and staging the work so the building keeps functioning — that’s normal for us, not an inconvenience.
Compliance and documentation
Work carried out to AS 3740 and the National Construction Code, certificates issued on completion, and a 7 year warranty on workmanship. Licensed 299661C, fully insured.
