New build or renovation
On new work we waterproof to AS 3740 and the National Construction Code as part of the build sequence, working to your tiler’s or builder’s programme. On renovations we work around what’s already there and tell you upfront if anything underneath needs to come out first.
Fixing someone else’s work
A lot of our jobs are repeat failures — waterproofing that wasn’t done properly the first time. We diagnose why it failed before we requote it, so you’re not paying to have the same mistake made again.
